Renova bathroom was not as difficult as I expected
I worked at my time of hire for a couple of years, but it was not until this last dec/09 that I really had in the "spirit" of the renovation of the house to renovate my bathroom. A gut full of spiritual and a great "makeover" type of renovation.
With the transition to my uncle in late November, while he was restoring the large size of the cancer treatment he received in 45 days in a row, I found that my 1 bathroom would not work. Not to mention that it would be much easier for him, but said it would give us more space in the bathroom. We thoroughly cleaned the bathroom. He and I got itin 2 days, with the help of my husband, who came to help me with the old cast iron bathtub, which was too heavy for me to raise the distribution.
When we started to break down the sink, bathroom shelves, furniture and flooring, we have exactly what is causing the smell. The toilet was leaking over the years! Once again, I like it when I'm right:) My husband realized that I was trying to be what you need to do, but for the sake of our health, my sanity, and the owners of this book bagRoom needed a major repair, to fix and work.
We cut out the walls around the bathtub instead of rotten plaster from leaking pipes and poor performance, we had to replace the pipes, drains and stone walls. We also had to replace plumbing and sink due to corrosion and rust tubes. Hot dip galvanized pipe is not the best thing to have in a house, which is why we have plastic. Modern times better.
My uncle and I had hardwood floors insteadbath itself. We watched everything that was damaged by water and believes that both plans (yes, two floors of a year 1930 and one from 1960 has all the hardwoods) was fine. Repair around the toilet, and me and had the entire floor is sealed in a sealant stopz. So we had a nice dark gray and brown linoleum foam float resting on the floor.

So ladies, I know that nobody can do the renovation work and to make changes in their home. I learned a lot with my uncle. He is the construction and reconstruction activities in more than 50 years. But there are many people out there willing to help, even if you do not have an uncle, Ernie, or a father, as I did not.
